SP267은 LPK Consult 서비스를 통해 처리된 이용자의 데이터에 대한 삭제 요청을 처리합니다. 본 페이지는 Facebook Login/Messenger 등 Meta 플랫폼 연동으로 인해 수집된 데이터의 삭제 절차를 포함합니다. SP267 handles user requests to delete data processed through the LPK Consult Service. This page covers the deletion procedure for data collected through Meta platform integrations, including Facebook Login and Facebook/Instagram Messenger.

삭제되는 데이터Data Subject to Deletion

  • Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct 등을 통해 병원에 전송된 대화 내용, 첨부파일Conversation content and attachments sent to a clinic via Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, and similar channels
  • Meta로부터 수신한 Page-Scoped ID, 표시 이름, 프로필 사진, 로캘Page-Scoped ID, display name, profile picture, and locale received from Meta
  • 서비스 내 이용자 활동 로그 (해당하는 범위 내)In-service activity logs (to the extent applicable)

법령상 보존 의무가 있는 데이터(예: 세금계산서, 계약 관련 기록)는 해당 보존 기간 동안 별도 저장 후 파기합니다. Data that is required to be retained by law (e.g., tax invoices, contract records) will be stored separately for the mandated period and then destroyed.

방법 1 — 이메일로 삭제 요청Option 1 — Request Deletion by Email

아래 이메일 주소로 삭제 요청을 보내주시면, 접수일로부터 30일 이내에 처리하고 완료 사실을 회신합니다. Send a deletion request to the email address below. We will process it within thirty (30) days of receipt and confirm completion by reply.

  • 메시지를 보냈던 병원(페이지) 이름Name of the clinic (Page) to which you sent messages
  • Facebook 또는 Instagram에서 사용한 표시 이름 및 (선택) 프로필 URLDisplay name used on Facebook or Instagram, and (optionally) profile URL
  • 삭제를 원하는 데이터 범위 (전체 / 특정 대화)Scope of deletion (all data / specific conversations)

방법 2 — Facebook 계정에서 앱 연결 해제Option 2 — Remove App from Your Facebook Account

Facebook 계정에 로그인한 후 다음 경로로 이동하시면 LPK Consult(또는 관련 앱) 연결을 해제할 수 있습니다. 해제 시 회사는 Meta로부터 data deletion callback을 수신하여 관련 데이터 삭제를 자동으로 처리합니다. Log in to your Facebook account and follow the path below to disconnect LPK Consult (or the corresponding app). Upon disconnection, our servers receive a data deletion callback from Meta and automatically process the deletion of the associated data.

  1. Facebook 접속 → 설정 및 개인정보 → 설정Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings
  2. "앱 및 웹사이트" 메뉴 선택Choose "Apps and Websites"
  3. 활성 앱 목록에서 대상 앱을 선택하고 "삭제" 클릭Select the target app in the "Active" list and click "Remove"

Meta 앱 설정에 등록되는 회사의 데이터 삭제 콜백 엔드포인트는 다음과 같습니다. The following endpoint is registered in the Meta App configuration as the Company's Data Deletion Callback:

해당 콜백은 Meta에서 발급하는 confirmation_code와 함께 삭제 상태 확인 페이지 URL을 반환하며, 삭제 완료 후 요청자는 다음 URL로 상태를 확인할 수 있습니다: https://sp267.com/data-deletion/status?code=<confirmation_code> The callback returns a confirmation_code issued by Meta together with a status URL. After processing, the requester can verify the status at https://sp267.com/data-deletion/status?code=<confirmation_code>.

처리 기한Processing Time

삭제 요청은 접수 후 30일 이내에 처리됩니다. 백업 시스템에 남아있는 데이터는 백업 로테이션 주기에 따라 최대 90일 이내에 완전히 파기됩니다. Requests are processed within thirty (30) days of receipt. Data residing in backups is fully destroyed within ninety (90) days, in line with backup rotation cycles.
