SP267(이하 "회사")은 이용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 「개인정보 보호법」, 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 등 대한민국의 관련 법령 및 Meta Platforms, Inc.의 플랫폼 정책을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 회사가 개발·공급하는 LPK Consult(이하 "서비스") 및 회사 웹사이트 https://sp267.com에 적용됩니다. SP267 ("the Company") respects your privacy and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act ("PIPA") of the Republic of Korea, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Platform Policies of Meta Platforms, Inc. This Policy applies to LPK Consult ("the Service") and the corporate website at https://sp267.com.

서비스는 병원(고객사)이 자신의 환자·문의자와 메신저 채널을 통해 상담하도록 지원하는 B2B 소프트웨어입니다. 회사가 수집·처리하는 개인정보는 다음과 같습니다. The Service is B2B software that enables clinics (our customers) to converse with their patients or prospective customers over messaging channels. We collect and process the following categories of personal information:

가. 고객사(병원) 계정 정보a. Customer (clinic) account data

• 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 소속 병원명, 직책Name, email address, phone number, clinic affiliation, job title
• 로그인 인증정보, 접속 로그, 접속 IPAuthentication credentials, access logs, IP address

나. 최종 이용자(환자·문의자) 대화 데이터b. End-user (patient / inquirer) conversation data

• Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, WhatsApp, 웹채팅 등에서 이용자가 병원 페이지에 전송한 메시지의 내용, 첨부파일, 타임스탬프 Message content, attachments, and timestamps sent by end users to the clinic's page on Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, WhatsApp, and web chat
• Meta 플랫폼에서 제공하는 이용자의 공개 프로필 정보(Page-Scoped ID, 표시 이름, 프로필 사진, 로캘) Public profile information provided by the Meta platform (Page-Scoped ID, display name, profile picture, locale)

다. 자동 수집 정보c. Automatically collected information

• 쿠키, 브라우저 종류, 운영체제, 서비스 이용 기록, 오류 로그 Cookies, browser type, operating system, usage logs, error logs

2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적2. Purposes of Collection and Use

• 서비스 제공 및 운영, 상담 기록의 저장·조회Providing and operating the Service; storing and retrieving conversation history
• 고객사(병원)와 최종 이용자 간의 상담 라우팅, 자동 번역, 답변 전송Routing conversations between clinics and end users, live translation, and message delivery
• 고객사에 대한 이용요금 정산, 문의 응대, 공지사항 전달Billing our customers, responding to inquiries, and delivering service notices
• 부정 이용 방지, 보안 관리, 법령상 의무 이행Preventing abuse, security operations, and compliance with legal obligations

3. 처리 및 보유 기간3. Retention Period

회사는 원칙적으로 개인정보의 수집·이용 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 상담 대화 데이터는 고객사의 요청 또는 최종 이용자의 삭제 요청 시 즉시 삭제되며, 별도 요청이 없는 경우 최대 3년간 보관 후 파기합니다. 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 요구되는 경우(전자상거래법 등)에는 해당 기간 동안 별도 저장 후 파기합니다. The Company deletes personal information without delay once its purposes have been fulfilled. Conversation data is deleted immediately upon a customer's or end user's deletion request, and otherwise retained for a maximum of three (3) years before deletion. Where applicable Korean law requires longer retention (e.g., e-commerce records), such data is stored separately for the mandated period.

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공4. Sharing with Third Parties

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 다음의 경우는 예외로 합니다. We do not share personal information with third parties, except:

• 이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우When the user has consented in advance
• 법령의 규정에 의하거나 수사기관의 적법한 요구가 있는 경우When required by law or by a lawful request from an investigative authority
• 서비스 특성상 고객사(병원)에게 상담 내용을 전달하는 경우 — 이는 이용자가 병원의 공식 메신저 채널로 메시지를 보낸 시점에 기대되는 처리입니다. Delivering conversation content to the corresponding clinic customer — this is the expected processing when a user messages the clinic's official channel.

회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 다음의 제3자를 처리 위탁자로 사용합니다. To operate the Service, we engage the following processors:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — 메신저 메시지 송·수신Meta Platforms, Inc. — sending/receiving messenger messages
• 클라우드 인프라 제공사 — 서비스 호스팅 및 데이터 저장Cloud infrastructure providers — hosting and storage
• Cloudflare, Inc. — CDN, DNS, 이메일 라우팅Cloudflare, Inc. — CDN, DNS, email routing
• 번역 API 제공사 — 다국어 실시간 번역Translation API providers — real-time multilingual translation

6. 이용자 및 법정대리인의 권리6. Rights of Users

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 아래 개인정보보호책임자에게 이메일로 접수할 수 있으며, 접수 후 지체 없이 처리합니다. You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal information. Requests can be submitted by email to the Data Protection Officer below and will be processed without undue delay.

7. Facebook / Instagram 관련 데이터 처리7. Facebook / Instagram-Related Data

본 서비스는 Meta Platforms, Inc.의 Messenger Platform 및 Instagram Messaging API를 사용합니다. 이용자가 병원의 공식 Facebook 페이지 또는 Instagram 계정에 메시지를 보낸 경우, 회사는 해당 대화 내용, Page-Scoped ID, 프로필 정보(이름, 사진, 로캘)를 위 목적 범위에서 처리합니다. Meta로부터 받은 이용자 데이터는 Meta의 Platform Terms 및 Developer Policies에 따라 처리·저장합니다. The Service uses Meta Platforms, Inc.'s Messenger Platform and Instagram Messaging API. When a user sends a message to a clinic's official Facebook Page or Instagram account, we process the conversation content, Page-Scoped ID, and profile information (name, picture, locale) for the purposes stated above. User data obtained from Meta is handled and stored in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
